Redogi Handmade sells handmade products. All products are described as accurately as possible. Because items are handmade, slight variations may occur.
Prices are shown in GBP (£). We reserve the right to update prices or product availability at any time.
Orders & payments
This website does not take payments directly.
All purchases are completed via Square's secure checkout, where payment processing and transaction handling are managed by Square. When you place an order through Square, their terms and policies will also apply.
An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed via Square.
Delivery
Delivery details, including costs and estimated timescales, are shown during the Square checkout process.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary, particularly for handmade or made-to-order items.
Cancellations & returns
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving your item, unless the item is:
- personalised, or
- made to order.
If you wish to cancel or return an item, please contact us at redogihandmade@gmail.com with your order details.
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Faulty items
If an item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
